From Western PA -

Take the PA Turnpike EAST to the Breezewood exit and follow Route 30 EAST towards Chambersburg. At the McConnellsburg exit follow Route 522 into McConnellsburg and then follow Route 16 EAST to Waynesboro (approximately 35 miles). At 2nd light in Waynesboro (Potomac St.) turn LEFT and go 1/2 BLOCK to GREEN & WHITE PARKING sign on RIGHT and TURN RIGHT. Go to the middle of the block and park. Gym entrance is marked.

From Central and East -

From Interstate 81 South (PA Turnpike Exit 16, Carlisle) follow to exit 14 Wayne Avenue (Route 316). At bottom of ramp turn left towards Waynesboro (11 miles). At first light (Route 16 - Main St) turn left. At next stop light (Potomac St) turn left. In middle of the block turn right at GREEN & WHITE PARKING sign & go to middle of block and park. Gym entrance is marked.

From Gettysburg and further East on Route 30 -

Take route 116 West (Fairfield Road) from Gettysburg to Route 16 West to Waynesboro. At first light past town center turn right (East Potomac St) turn right at GREEN & WHITE PARKING sign in middle of block and park in lot across from gym.
